Frenchs Forest 6 Wearden Rd, Belrose, NSW 2085 Turn at the lights where Wearden Rd intersects with Forest Way. The Centre is on the left hand side immediately next to the ambulance station, which is on the corner. It is also opposite Northgate Church. Parking spaces are available either in front of the Centre, in the surrounding streets, and we also have permission to park in the church grounds, on the opposite side of the road.

If you are unable to attend a class please call to cancel ASAP, as someone else may benefit from your cancellation, and also allow you to reschedule your class for that week. Note: A limit of 2 classes per term is able to be rescheduled, (unless there are extreme circumstances). What to Bring All equipment, including mats, is provided. The room is fully air conditioned; however you may like to bring a bottle of water and your own towel. Bathroom and kitchen facilities are available.
