KAHLI MASON

Kahli graduated from the University of Sydney in 2005. Since then, she has worked at Royal North Shore Hospital, where she has experienced a broad range of professional challenges. Kahli currently works in Orthopaedics and Outpatients, treating a variety of patients with many musculoskeletal conditions. On a daily basis, she prescribes people with exercises aimed at improving strength, endurance and preventing further injury.

She has a keen interest in making a difference in people’s lives, and enjoys teaching Pilates in a class situation where she hopes to achieve this on mass!

Kahli has completed a course in Clinical Pilates, and continues to grow her knowledge base in this area. She is also a keen netballer, and enjoys hanging out with friends and family.
