BRONWYN SIVIOUR

Bronwyn graduated from the South Australian Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Applied Science in 1981. She is broadly experienced in most areas of Physiotherapy, however has focused heavily on Sports Medicine later in her career. She has always had an interest in exercise, specifically the way in which specific exercise interventions can assist patient outcomes.

Bronwyn has completed all levels of the Australian Physiotherapy Association accredited; Clinical Pilates course, and as one of the more experienced physiotherapists, is very aware of the importance of maintaining regimes such as Clinical Pilates, under appropriate supervision, to assist in improved function with activities of daily living and leisure. The group style of teaching is one she enjoys, as it encourages social interaction, and provides a support network for individuals with similar musculoskeletal problems.

Bronwyn has been involved with The Sydney of City Basketball for the past 5 years and has been the Physiotherapist who has travelled with the girls U14 teams to National Competitions.

She has a 15 year old who plays representative basketball, and a 19 year old who plays Rugby Union for Sydney Uni Colts, who both appear to require a lot of physio!
